Tips Post Template: what it does

Tips and checklists are among the most saved posts on Instagram and LinkedIn, because people keep them to come back to. This tips post template turns a few lines of text into a clean list: each tip gets its own row with a big number chip in your brand colour, a thin line joins the numbers top to bottom, and a title and small label sit above. All tips are set in one size, so a long tip never makes the list look uneven: the whole list shrinks together until everything fits. Type one tip per line and download every size at once. It is drawn in your browser, so nothing you type is uploaded.

How to use it

1. Add your photo: drop it on the preview, paste it, or tap “Add photo”. Optionally add your logo.
2. Type a headline, an optional subline, the button text and your brand name.
3. Pick a layout, a size and an accent colour. Click the photo to choose what stays in frame.
4. Download the image, or every size as one ZIP.

Tips

• Keep each tip to one short sentence. Five tips of under 40 characters read best on a phone.
• Start each tip with a verb (“Write”, “Use”, “Post”): it reads like an instruction and is easier to remember.
• Put the number of tips in the small label (“5 tips”) so people know what they will get.
• On a square post, four tips fit more comfortably than five.
• Save your colours and logo as a brand kit, so every list post you make looks like a series.
