Instagram Post Maker: what it does
Make an Instagram post that looks designed in under a minute. Add your photo, type a headline and a call to action, drop in your logo, and choose a frosted Glass panel, a dark Gradient or a solid Colour card. The post is sized at 1080 × 1350, the 4:5 portrait size that takes up the most room in the feed, or square if you prefer.
How to use it
- Add your photo: drop it on the preview, paste it, or tap “Add photo”. Optionally add your logo.
- Type a headline, an optional subline, the button text and your brand name.
- Pick a layout, a size and an accent colour. Click the photo to choose what stays in frame.
- Download the image, or every size as one ZIP.
Tips
- 4:5 portrait posts take up more of the screen than square ones, so they get more attention in the feed.
- Keep the headline short and put the details in your caption. The image should stop the scroll; the caption does the explaining.
- Use one accent colour from your brand for every post so your grid looks consistent.
- Making the same post for Stories? The Instagram story maker uses the same text and layouts at 9:16.
- Check your caption length with the Instagram caption counter before you post.
Frequently asked questions
What size is an Instagram post?
Portrait posts are 1080 × 1350 pixels (4:5) and square posts 1080 × 1080. Portrait shows biggest in the feed. Instagram’s profile grid shows a slightly taller crop, so keep important things away from the very top and bottom.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The post is put together by your own browser. Nothing is sent to our servers.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Add a PNG or SVG logo, ideally with a transparent background. It is placed in the top corner, left or right.
Is there a watermark?
No. The download is exactly what you see in the preview, with no watermark and no sign-up.
