Bulk QR Code Generator: what it does
Tables in a restaurant, products on a shelf, rooms in a hotel, tickets, name badges or asset labels: when you need many QR codes, making them one by one is slow. Paste a list with one link or text per line, or open a CSV file, and every code appears at once. Put a name before the content (“Table 3, https://…”) and it becomes the file name and the label under the code. Download everything as one ZIP with a PNG and a vector SVG of each code plus a list of what each one opens, or print a sheet of labelled codes, two to five per row, straight to paper or PDF. The codes are static: the content is inside the pattern, so they never expire, need no account and don’t pass through anyone’s redirect. The first code is scan-tested automatically, and your list stays in your browser.
How to use it
- Paste one link or text per line, or open a CSV or TXT file. Put a name first (“Table 3, https://…”) to label a code.
- Pick a style and colours. The first codes appear on the right and the first one is scan-tested.
- Choose the PNG size, then click “Download ZIP” for a PNG and SVG of every code.
- Or click “Print sheet / PDF”, pick how many codes per row, and print or save as PDF.
Tips
- Export a column of links from a spreadsheet as CSV and open it here; a header row is skipped automatically.
- Give every code a name: it labels the printed sheet and names each file, so they are easy to match later.
- Print a test sheet and scan a few codes with two phones before printing hundreds.
- Need to track scans per table or product? Add UTM tags to each link (the UTM builder makes them).
Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I make at once?
Up to 1,000 per batch. Split bigger lists into several batches.
What format should my CSV be?
One code per line: either just the content, or a name and the content separated by a comma, semicolon or tab. Quotes are fine. A header row such as “name, url” is ignored.
Do the codes expire?
No. They are static QR codes: the link or text is inside the pattern, so they work for as long as the link itself works, with no subscription.
Is my list uploaded?
No. The codes are made in your browser. Your list is kept only in this browser so it survives a refresh.
