About the Add Logo to Photo
Brand your photos in seconds: add your logo and brand name, a short message and a button such as “Order now” or “Book a table”, then download the post in the size you need. The logo is placed in a clean chip at the top so it stays readable on any photo, and the message sits in a solid colour card at the bottom. It all happens in your browser, so your photos and logo never leave your device.
How to use it
- Add your photo: drop it on the preview, paste it, or tap “Add photo”. Optionally add your logo.
- Type a headline, an optional subline, the button text and your brand name.
- Pick a layout, a size and an accent colour. Click the photo to choose what stays in frame.
- Download the post, or all three sizes as one ZIP.
Tips
- Use a PNG or SVG logo with a transparent background. A JPG logo keeps its white box.
- Pick an accent colour from your brand. The text on the card switches between dark and light automatically so it stays readable.
- Keep the message short: a headline of a few words and one call to action.
- Switch the layout to Glass or Gradient if you want more of the photo to show.
- Download all three sizes as a ZIP to post the same photo to the feed and to Stories.
- Cut out a product with the free background remover first for a cleaner, shop-style photo.
Frequently asked questions
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Your photo, logo and text are put together by your own browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers, and you can check it: once the page has loaded, switch on airplane mode and the tool keeps working.
Is there a watermark?
No. The download is exactly what you see in the preview, at full size (1080 px wide), with no watermark and no sign-up.
Which size should I use for Instagram?
4:5 (1080 × 1350) for feed posts: it takes up the most space in the feed. Use 9:16 (1080 × 1920) for Stories and Reels covers, and 1:1 if you also post to places that crop to a square.
Can I use Arabic or Urdu text?
Yes. Right-to-left text is detected automatically: it is set in IBM Plex Sans Arabic, shaped correctly and aligned to the right.
What kind of logo works best?
A PNG or SVG with a transparent background. JPG logos keep their white box, which can look heavy on a photo.
